TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using LittleBlock ("the Service"), including the Minecraft game server, website, gem store, and Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. MINECRAFT SERVER RULES

Users of the LittleBlock Minecraft server must comply with the following rules:

• No cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorised client modifications
• No griefing, harassment, or toxicity towards other players
• No exploiting bugs or glitches — report them to staff
• No advertising other servers or services
• Respect all staff decisions; appeal bans via Discord
• No sharing of personal information about other users

Violation of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban without refund of any purchases made.

3. GEM STORE — PURCHASES & REFUNDS

All purchases are final. Gems are a virtual currency used exclusively within the LittleBlock Minecraft server and have no real-world monetary value.

• Purchases are delivered to your in-game account after payment is confirmed
• If the server is offline at time of purchase, gems will be delivered automatically when the server returns online via our delivery queue
• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase if gems have not been spent
• Chargebacks initiated with your payment provider will result in immediate removal of purchased gems from your account and may result in a permanent ban
• We use Stripe as our payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service

4. DISCORD BOT

The LittleBlock Discord bot ("the Bot") operates within the LittleBlock Discord server and provides the following features:

• Account verification linking your Discord account to your Minecraft account
• Player profile display
• Invite tracking within the LittleBlock Discord server

By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and storage of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Bot must not be abused, exploited, or used in a manner that disrupts the experience of other users.

5. ACCOUNT LINKING & VERIFICATION

The account verification system links your Discord ID to your Minecraft UUID. This link is used to:

• Grant you the @Player role in the Discord server
• Display your Minecraft stats in Discord via the /profile command

You must only verify accounts that belong to you. Verifying on behalf of others is prohibited.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All LittleBlock branding, server content, custom items, and designs are the property of LittleBlock. Minecraft® is a trademark of Mojang AB. LittleBlock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LittleBlock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, virtual items, or in-game progress resulting from server downtime, resets, or technical failures.

We reserve the right to reset, modify, or shut down the server at any time without notice or refund.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
