REFUND POLICY

Important: All purchases from the LittleBlock Gem Store are for virtual, in-game items delivered to a Minecraft account. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered.

1. OVERVIEW

LittleBlock ("we", "us", "our") operates a virtual Gem Store that allows players to purchase in-game currency (Gems) for use on our Minecraft server. This policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

2. NO REFUND — STANDARD POLICY

Due to the immediate digital delivery of Gems to your Minecraft account, all purchases are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This is consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and the consumer acknowledged loss of cancellation right upon purchase.

7. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

Purchases made with a promotional or discount code are subject to the same refund policy. The discounted amount paid is the refundable amount — we will not refund the original (pre-discount) price.
