LittleBlock ("we", "us", "our") operates a virtual Gem Store that allows players to purchase in-game currency (Gems) for use on our Minecraft server. This policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Due to the immediate digital delivery of Gems to your Minecraft account, all purchases are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This is consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and the consumer acknowledged loss of cancellation right upon purchase.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
We will issue a refund in the following situations:

We will not issue refunds in the following situations:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Initiating a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or card provider without contacting us first is considered a breach of these terms. If a chargeback is raised:

Purchases made with a promotional or discount code are subject to the same refund policy. The discounted amount paid is the refundable amount — we will not refund the original (pre-discount) price.
